Print Customer Service, Order Management & Lead Development

Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Senior VP of Sales, the experienced Print Customer Service, Order Management & Lead Development representative must interact with business-to-business customers, prospects and end-users to provide and process orders and information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about print products and services.
Duties:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or via online chat
• Initiate communication with existing customers for reorders and cross-sell opportunities and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests in a timely manner
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant customer and print application information to process product inquiries
• Perform customer/lead verifications
• Direct requests, issues, growth business leads and any issues to the designated resource
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions within salesforce.com CRM system
Skills/Qualifications:
• Knowledge of and experience in the print industry with related customer service, lead and sales principles and practices is essential
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• General Windows-based software support and customer service experience
• PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM is preferred but not essential
