Relyco Moving to New Offices in Dover, NH
The Boulos Company and the Dover Mills Partnership are pleased to announce that Relyco Sales, Inc. has leased 6,000 square feet of office space in the Cocheco Falls Millworks in Dover, New Hampshire. The move to this new space is the result of tremendous growth experienced by Relyco, a global distributor of value-added printed materials, business equipment and forms processing software. Relyco’s primary product focus is on laser applications, especially checks and other high security documents, however, they also provide customers with business forms, commercial printing, direct mail processing, labels, packaging and specialty promotional products. Tim Sheldon, Director of Development for the Cocheco Falls Millworks confirmed that “Occupancy is slated for October first, as the space is currently leased to Alliance Aircraft for their executive offices.”
Michael Steinberg, Relyco President, was attracted to the restored Cocheco Falls Millworks for the quality of the workspace and the amenities offered by being located in downtown Dover. “The Millworks offers employees a terrific working environment and allows for continued expansion. The downtown area and the Millworks itself are beautiful, and Relyco’s employees are very excited about the relocation from Hampton.”
Kent White of The Boulos Company brokered this transaction on behalf of Relyco and the Dover Mills Partnership. The transaction was consummated in less than three business days, after Alliance Aircraft announced that they would be relocating out of the state.
