The
AutoSeal® FD 2092 & FD 2082
utilize pressure seal technology for
processing cut-sheet and continuous pressure seal forms in a mid-volume
production environment. Both units are capable of processing up to 30,000 forms
per hour and up to 400,000 forms monthly.
The FD 2092 utilizes a
bottom air feed system for continual loading of cut-sheet forms. The FD 2082 is
a combination of the FD 2092 and the Formax FD 676 Maxi Burster, this
configuration is capable of separating, folding, and sealing continuous pressure
seal forms in-line. A high capacity 3’ outfeed conveyor and combination rollers
are standard features on both units. The high capacity outfeed conveyor reduces
the number of times the machine needs to be unloaded, and the combination fold
rollers increase overall durability. Numerous standard and custom folds are
accurately and consistently folded with the manual fold setup and fine-tuning
adjusters.
All of these features make the FD 2092 & FD 2082
powerful and efficient solutions for automating and processing checks, invoices,
pin numbers, tax forms marketing collateral or any other mid-volume mailings
that is produced on a one-piece pressure sensitive mailer.

FLEXIBLE
The FD 2092 & FD 2082 handle a variety of documents up to 11” x 17”
including checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms and appointment
notices. Pressure seal mailers can be used for virtually any application
that can be printed on one form.
POWERFUL
The FD 2092 & FD 2082 processes forms at a rate of up to 30,000 sheets
per hour. Durable combination fold rollers, an enhanced sealing system and
a monthly duty cycle of up to 400,000 forms per month make the FD 2092 &
FD 2082 reliable and powerful solutions for processing forms in mid-
volume production environments.
EASE OF OPERATION
The FD 2092 & FD 2082 are mid-volume units designed to be run by one
operator. The FD 2092 bottom air feed system and 3’ high capacity out-feed
conveyor allow for uninterrupted loading and unloading of forms. The
FD 2082 trims, separates, folds and seals continuous pressure seal forms
with minimal set-up. Fold plates are manually set to accommodate a variety
of forms. Fine tuning knobs enable the operator to get a precise fold
every time. Both units are equipped with interlocks for fault
detection & safety, variable speed control and a five digit resettable
counter for job auditing.
