FLEXIBLE
The FD 2094 & FD 2084 can handle a variety of documents up to 12”
wide and 20" long, including checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms, appointment
notices, PIN notices and a variety of direct marketing possibilities. Pressure seal mailers can be used for virtually any application
that can be printed on one form. An optional center slitter & two-up
form kit is available for applications such as double postcards.
POWERFUL
The FD 2094 & FD 2084 process forms at a rate of up to 28,000 sheets
per hour. Durable fold rollers, an enhanced sealing system and
a monthly duty cycle of up to 400,000 forms per month make the FD 2094 &
FD 2084 reliable and powerful solutions for processing forms in mid-
volume production environments.
EASE OF OPERATION
The FD 2094 & FD 2084 deliver state-of-the-art automated features
to make job changes quick and accurate. A variety of different
jobs can be programmed and stored into memory. Fold plate
adjustments and other functions are completely automated for one-touch
operation. The FD 2094 bottom air-feed system and 31" sequential
stacker allow for uninterrupted loading and unloading of forms.
The FD 2084 trims, separates, folds and seals continuous pressure seal
forms with minimal setup.
Both units are equipped with interlocks for
fault detection and safety, variable speed control, plus batch
and resettable counters.
