The P 2000IL
System allows operators to print, fold and seal
pressure-sensitive one-piece mailers in one
step, reducing processing time while increasing
document security. The IL (In-Line) System
works in-line with model-specific MICR and
Non-MICR desktop laser printers. The
fully-enclosed paper path is designed to conceal
confidential documents, including PIN notices,
checks, school grade reports and health care
information.
The IL System
incorporates the industry-leading
Formax P2000
which features a user-friendly LED
control panel and pre-marked fold settings for
11" and 14" standard forms. The Formax P
2000IL is ideal for companies processing
sensitive documents or those looking for a
mid-volume in-line solution for processing
pressure seal forms. |

and appointment notices. Pressure seal mailers can be used for
virtually any application that can be printed on one page.

month in a compact and powerful design. The user-friendly
control panel features LED indicators and a six-digit resettable
counter.

The Formax P2000IL Pressure Seal Machine System combined with a laser printer and
pressure seal forms, create a secure, time saving and efficient
solution for paper processing.
Ease of Operation
The Formax P2000IL
Pressure Seal System is easy to install. An IL-compatible
desktop laser printer (see specifications above) is placed on
the IL-Alignment Base with the P2000IL pressure seal machine
using placement guides to ensure proper alignment. The IL
Alignment Base incorporates an easy-pull system which allows the
printer to be pulled away from the P2000IL to provide convenient
access to the paper path and fold plates. |
