The Formax P2052 Pressure Seal Machine package
combines the Formax FD2052 Folder/Sealer with a
labor-saving output conveyor and a rugged
cabinet stand at a special package price. The
Formax FD2052 Pressure Seal Machine is a fully
automatic desktop folder/sealer designed to
process up to 125,000 forms per month. Designed
with ease of operation and efficiency in mind,
the FD2052 operates at faster processing speeds
and has a higher duty cycle than the smaller
Formax FD2030, as well as increased
hopper capacity. The FD2052 is the
folder/sealer model of choice for pressure seal
users whose requirements exceed the limitations
of the FD2030, as well as for those who have
multiple applications and frequently switch
between paper sizes and fold patterns. The
Formax FD2052 automatically detects and adjusts
for 11” and 14” paper sizes, and comes
pre-programmed for the three most popular
pressure seal fold patterns: the C-Fold (letter
fold); the Z-Fold (zig-zag or accordion fold);
and the V-Fold (half-fold). The FD2052
folder/sealer also has the ability to store up
to 9 custom fold settings with the simple touch
of a button, making it simple for operators to
switch from one application to the next with no
time consuming manual adjustments. Up to 350
forms can be loaded into the input hopper and
processed at speeds of up to 11,000 forms per
hour. The ease of use afforded by these
automatic features makes the Formax FD2052 one
of the most popular folder/sealers on the
market, and is the ideal solution for pressure
seal users who seek both value and performance.
The sturdy cabinet stand included in the P2052
package saves desk space and provides convenient
storage space for forms, while the 18” output
conveyor helps keep forms neat and in sequence.
The P2052-2 package is the same as the P2052,
but with a larger, 4’ conveyor for even easier
operation. |
