Jon Neill is Relyco’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Jon has been at Relyco for three years. He’s definitely a person with layers. Your first impression of him would probably be that he’s professional, direct, pleasant and honest. Those things are all true. But once you get to know him better, you’d find that he has an extremely playful side as well. His sense of humor is really unique – a mix of silly, sarcastic and outlandish. He has a fast mind and jumps from topic to topic, but he’s also an empathetic listener, which is a rare combination.
One of his responsibilities is to manage the marketing team. And – seriously, we’re not just saying this because he’s our manager – he’s a great leader! He’s invested in our success and nurturing our professional growth. It’s obvious that he really cares about his team; he’s supportive, observant and engaged. It’s great to work with him! It was fun to interview him too!
