These
print recipes are designed to transform
ANY accounting output that was designed to
create checks, into checks for
pressure-seal documents. When used, you
will be able to simply print from your
accounting system to create payroll,
direct deposit, and accounts payable
checks.
The
Flexchek
plug-in incorporates up to 9
other plugins to allow you to add and
control signatures, MICR codes, mailer
format, logos, bank and company
information, and to create quality
graphical layouts that will maintain your
company's image.
The
recipes in this set are supported by
several plugins. The Payroll, Accounts
Payable, and Employee W2 plugins cover and
control the operations of their associated
recipes. The Signature plugin allows you
to create signature blocks of up to 3
signatures and titles. It also adds the
signature modeling system so you can sign
anything you print... no matter what
application! The MICR Line plugin allows
you to specify the MICR code bank,
account, and check number. You can have
the MICR based on the code generated by
the accounting program, or you can let the
plugin create check numbers. Other plugins
provide graphics, text, mailer layout, and
more...
If
you are using a non-Windows system, you
can combine our product re:Format with the
Flexchek
system to provide a method
for converting prints created by
non-Windows accounting systems to
pressure-seal format.
