Formax FD 524 Decollator
The FD 524 floor model "A" frame
decollator separates two-part forms in a single pass. Multipart forms
can be processed by processing them multiple times. Carbon interleaved
or carbonless forms can be processed with variable speed up to 450 feet
per minute.

Merger/Imprinter
The Formax FD 556 Merger is an independent unit
controlled by a photoelectric sensor. This unit
will slit a two up form, merge the forms together
running in tandem with a tractor feed burster.
The Imprinter Merger Model FD 558 will imprint two
signatures simultaneously while slitting and
merging.
