• Store cartons OFF THE FLOOR, on pallets or shelves. 
  Pallets: Cartons should be stacked so weight is distributed evenly. 
  Shelves: Place so that they do not press against on another or an exterior wall.
   
• Never stack more than five cartons on top of each other and make sure they are stacked upright.

• Ideal temperature is 68° - 76° Fahrenheit

• Relative humidity of 35% to 55%
    An increase or decrease in humidity can cause jams and misfeeds

• Allow carton to condition 1-2 days in advance of printing by placing in the same room with printer.
• After conditioning cartons, unwrap reams of paper for 1-2 hours before printing.

• Make sure your forms are rotated so that the oldest are used up first.
• Ideally you should turn inventory over every 8-12 months.
