Store
cartons OFF THE FLOOR, on pallets or
shelves. Never stack more than five cartons on top of
each other and make sure they are stacked
upright.

Pallets: Cartons should be stacked so
weight is distributed evenly. Shelves:
Place so that they do not press
against on another or an
exterior wall |

TEMPERATURE
|
 |
Ideal
temperature is 68° - 76° Fahrenheit
|

HUMIDITY
|
 |
Relative humidity of 35% to 55%. An increase or decrease in humidity can
cause jams and misfeeds. |

CONDITIONING
|
 |
Allow
carton to condition 1-2 days in advance of
printing by placing in the same room with
printer.
|
 |
After
conditioning cartons, unwrap reams of paper
for 1-2 hours before printing. |
|

ROTATION
|
 |
Make
sure your forms are rotated so that the
oldest are used up first.
|
 |
Ideally you should turn inventory over every
8-12 months.
