Most users have resorted to stapling the forms together, but this can be time-consuming depending upon your equipment’s capabilities.  The other alternative is to glue the forms together by stacking them and “painting” one edge with a special fan-apart adhesive.  Unfortunately, this method can also be a bit cumbersome, as pressure has to be applied to the top of the stack in order to keep it square to receive the adhesive.  End-users have resorted to a variety of measures to overcome this problem, but they often end up frustrated, and sometimes sticky, too.
