..."Offset Lithography (Litho)".  For your reference, here is the full definition of Offset Lithography (Litho):

A printing process in which the inked image is transferred (i.e. “offset”) from the printing plate to an intermediate print blanket before it is printed on the substrate.  Wet offset printing is based on the theory that oil (ink) and water do not mix.  Both the image and non-image areas are on the same plane of the plate (the image areas are not raised), a dampening solution is used, and the ink is chemically attracted to the appropriate image areas of the plate and repelled away from the non-image areas, resulting in a clear, crisp printed image.
