Custom integrated multi-part form for New Hampshire Fish and Game licensing recognized for ingenuity and innovation
Relyco was honored as a PEAK (Printing Excellence and Knowledge) Grand Award winner in the Forms Category by the PSDA (Print Services & Distribution Association) at its annual convention last month in Chicago, Ill. The winning form was a complex and innovative licensing form that the company custom designed for the State of New Hampshire Fish and Game Department.
“We are very proud to receive this recognition from our industry peers,” said Mike Steinberg, president of Relyco. “The form we designed was the result of creative outside-the-box thinking by our seasoned team of experts to help the N.H. Fish and Game Department streamline their licensing process and reduce their costs of producing the forms.”
The Award Winning Form:
The form Relyco designed for the N.H. Fish and Game over age 68 permanent fishing and hunting licensing process was an alternative solution to what the department was originally requesting. Relyco’s form design significantly improved the licensing process, was more cost-effective, and reduced wasted forms – saving both time and money.
Here are the specifics of the form:
3-part form with integrated membership card
Third part of form is an integrated dual lamination membership card
Information is transferred to the card and then folded and self-laminated by the licensee
One copy of the form is then filed with the State of N.H. and the other is for the licensee’s records

Food Network Personality Chooses Relyco’s Waterproof Paper for Menus
Grinders, a restaurant located in Kansas City, MO and featured on Guy Fieri’s Food Network show, Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, recently started printing its menus on Relyco’s REVLAR “virtually indestructible” waterproof paper.
