Relyco announced that the company added more than 550 new customers in the first quarter of 2011. With a dedication to customer service and the continued rollout of products and solutions that customers are demanding, Relyco continues to experience significant growth while establishing itself as an industry leader.
Relyco continues to grow quarter over quarter as the company builds upon its reputation as a leading provider and innovator of business printing and payment (print and electronic) solutions. In Q1 2011, Relyco significantly increased its customer base and expanded existing business across all vertical markets for its entire line of products. Relyco announced the release of the Relyco RS-ML-3712ND-MICR mono laser printer powered by Samsung, the industry’s most affordable network MICR laser printer at $449. At speeds up to 37 pages per minute (PPM) and an average cost per page of $0.0323, Relyco is enabling companies to cost-effectively and efficiently print checks in-house.

The Relyco RS-ML-3712ND-MICR mono laser printer provides cost-effective printing at speeds up to 37 PPM with an 80,000-page monthly duty cycle. It meets ANSI X9.27 standards for E-13B font, and produces bank-compliant check printing powered by renowned Samsung quality and reliability. Engineered to work with Relyco approved MICR toner, laser check printing software, and secure check stock, the RS-ML-3712ND-MICR performs to exacting standards. A 600MHz processor and standard 128MB onboard memory minimizes bottlenecks at the printer. A locking tray option is available to meet security requirements.

Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy finds that REIMAGE from Relyco Meets Customer Requirements; Relyco Service Strengthens Relationship
Headquartered in Washington, Indiana, Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy provides a full range of patient care products and services including pharmacy, home medical equipment, respiratory therapy, and infusion therapy. Williams Bros. includes a long term care pharmacy division, which provides products to long term care facilities in the region.
Each shipment from the long term care pharmacy division is accompanied by a delivery manifest, which lists everything a facility should receive in its order. In the past, this delivery manifest was a two-part form, printed using continuous carbonless forms and a dot matrix printer.
When Williams Bros. decided to convert from the dot matrix printer to a laser printer for printing forms, they learned that the existing carbonless forms-which relied on solvent-based chemicals that can damage laser printer components- needed to be replaced. "We found that Relyco offered REIMAGE carbonless laser forms, designed specifically to work in laser printers," explains Dan Faust, facility manager at Williams Bros.' Greenwood, Indiana location. "In addition to finding the best paper for our application, this transition also gave us an opportunity to redesign the delivery manifest, adding a third sheet to the multipart form to help us track shipments more easily."
