One of the common arguments against converting
to Pressure Seal Forms is that there is not
enough printable space, or “real estate” to
accommodate all of the information being printed
on the traditional cut sheet forms. The ˝”
perforated adhesive margins on either side of
the form, and in the case of Z-fold Pressure
Seal forms, the bottom third of the form being
used for the address panel, eliminate some of
the space that is available for printing.
However, many prospective users are not aware of
exactly how much space they need to print their
Pressure Seal forms. To help take the guesswork
out of deciding whether or not your cut sheet
forms can be easily converted to Pressure Seal
one-piece mailers, we’ve actually printed
Pressure Seal checks on different sized sheets
with different fold patterns, in order to show
you exactly how many lines of detail you can
expect to fit onto the stub portion of your
Pressure Seal forms.
See for yourself. Depending on the font size
used – and our printed examples show quite a few
sizes – Pressure Seal self mailers can hold a
lot more information than one might think!
