pressure sealer by the Formax Authorized

service (in all major metropolitan
areas) during normal business hours. |

Parts and labor under
normal operating conditions for any
service calls needed to repair the
pressure sealer during the twelve month
service agreement. This would also cover
up to one on-site visit by the
technician to make any “operator”
adjustments. Operator adjustments would
include any basic adjustments to the
pressure sealer and periodic cleaning
which is explained by the Technician
during the installation and training
visit. |

Preventative Maintenance
Visits (PM’s) – Two preventative
maintenance visits are performed to
ensure proper operation of the pressure
sealer. PM’s include a general overall
cleaning of the pressure sealer,
technical adjustments and a test-run of
your
forms. |

|
Replacement of all
necessary parts excluding wearable
items. |
