Copy-Void Pantograph
When a pressure seal check is photocopied, the word VOID
appears on the photocopy. |
 |
|
|
Simulated Watermark
Printed with white ink, simulated watermarks
have a different reflectance than the base
paper and can be seen at an angle. Because
the ink is white, it cannot be photocopied
or scanned. |
 |
|
Microprinting
Words are printed so small that they appear
as a line on the pressure seal check to the naked eye. Only when
magnified do the microprinted words become
visible, making it extremely difficult to
duplicate with a copier or scanner. |
 |
|
Padlock Security Icon
Located
in two places. On front of the pressure seal check, alerting
the teller that there are security features
to look for. On the bottom back of the
pressure seal check, stating that there are additional
security features embedded within the check
design. |
 |
|
Endorsement Warning
"WARNING: THE BACK OF THIS CHECK CONTAINS A
SIMULATED WATERMARK. HOLD AT 45 DEGREE
ANGLE TO VIEW" |
|
|
Anti-Splice Backer
Horizontal or diagonal lines of varying
thicknesses which are printed on the back,
making it difficult to alter information by
the cut-and-paste method. |
 |
|
Image Friendly Amount Box
Security pantograph is absent from the
amount area to insure that the courtesy
amount will be more reliably scanned. For
Check 21 Compliance. |
|
|
Security Blockouts
Provides
increased security and confidentiality of
printed data on pressure seal forms. |

Ultraseal™
100 Pressure Seal
Check Security |
|
| |
UltraSeal™ 100 has all the same security
features
listed above,
plus an additional FIVE security features:
|
|
| |
|
|
Gradient Two Color Pantograph
A multi-color background in which two colors
change density and blend into each other,
making it very difficult to reproduce
accurately on a color copier. |
 |
|
UV Security Ink
UV
invisible fluorescent ink is transparent
white or colorless and can only be detected
under ultraviolet light. A pressure seal
form printed with this ink can be quickly checked for authenticity by
viewing under a UV light. UV security inks cannot be reproduced on a
scanner or copier. |
 |
|
Covert Fluorescent Fibers
Material fibers are added in the papermaking
stage. They are invisible to the untrained
eye, but "glow" when held under an
ultraviolet light. |
 |
|
Solvent Reactive Color Spotting
Reacts to polar and non-polar based solvents
which may be used to alter the paper,
resulting in a chemical stain. |
 |
|
Enhanced Toner Adhesion
Special surface treatment used to enhance
adhesion of toner to pressure seal forms. |
