TROY Check Writing Software provides the versatility to print checks quickly and efficiently while conserving paper. Check printing selections that can be made prior to any check run include:

• Manual Checks Module: offers the capability to generate manual checks independent of the financial software system. Excellent solution for checks which need to be sent out immediately.
   
• Automation Feature: Allows unattended check printing.
   
• Positive Pay Module: A customer generates and transmits a Positive Pay file (from TROY Check Writing Software) to the banking institution. The banking institution then takes responsibility to clear only the checks that are listed in the Positive Pay file.

• Overflow pages may be printed to a second paper tray onto regular white paper to conserve check paper.
   

• Checks with overflow pages (multi-page) may be printed separately from single page checks to allow more efficient post-print processing.
   

• Reports and check copies may be printed to a second laser printer using regular toner to conserve MICR toner
   

• Load balancing allows users to print checks to multiple printers at once, improving print speed.
   

• Sort checks prior to printing based on check amount, payee name, number of signatures, number of pages or a user-defined field.
