area or secure it on the removable Bank Card. |

system easily installs in minutes and comes
complete with a CD containing all the tools
you will need to load and configure the Secure
Resource Bank, as well as an extensive Font

OCR and Convenience Fonts to improve

The Secure
Resource Bank has two areas available for
storage --
one secure and one public. The Bank Card
provides secure memory. When the Bank Card is
removed from the card reader,
the information that was downloaded from the
card to the printer memory is automatically
erased from the printer -- preventing
unauthorized use of the secure data.
Additional Bank Cards may be purchased for
individual users, allowing unique information,
such as a signature, to be stored on each
card. |

The public area
can be accessed by anyone using the printer,
and is ideal for storage of logos and other
graphics that are used on various company
documents. The public area can continue to be
used when the Secure Bank Card is removed. We
highly recommend that you store signatures and
any other proprietary information, including
specialty fonts and macros, in the secure
area. |

Please Note:
When using the TROY Secure Resource
Bank for
printing checks or other MICR documents, those
documents should be printed using a MICR toner
cartridge. Valid financial documents require
MICR toner so that they can be read properly
by bank reader/sorters used by the financial
community. |
