RELYCO’s Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact your sales or client services representative for instructions.
All returned items must be unused and returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Providing this, and that there is no product or packaging damage, we will issue a refund upon receipt to the RELYCO facility specified by your representative, excluding the original delivery charge and less a 20% restocking fee.
There are no returns allowed for custom produced products or tax forms.
The return of equipment, printers and toner must be confirmed and authorized in advance and in writing by RELYCO management.
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are shipped within 30 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the shipment using a delivery service such as UPS that provides shipping insurance.
The cost of returning the item to RELYCO is your responsibility.
Return credits can take 2 to 3 weeks. The item(s) must be received and inspected at our facility before a credit is issued.
Returns are not allowed from buyers who did not purchase items directly from RELYCO.
